Winton A. Rouse

Rouse ~ Winton Anthony Rouse passed into the sunset Thursday, October 12, 2023.  Winton was affectionately known as Anthony, Tony, and A-1 to many of his friends and loved ones.  Winton was born to Vickie Joiner Fisher and Julius Rouse June 6, 1966, in Gary, Indiana. 

Anthony received his education in the Gary, Indiana public school system where he graduated from Lew Wallace High School in 1985.  He would later complete a course as a certified nursing assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Anthony cared for many patients when they were often not able to do for themselves.

He was preceded in death by his fathers, Julius Rouse and Albert A. Fisher, Sr.; step son, Anthony Magnan.

Anthony leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Vickie L. Fisher; children, Laron Anthony Rouse, Ashely Rouse; sisters, Monittia (Raymond) Jones, Kimberly Bruin, Nicole Bradley, Jennifer Rose; brother, Albert A. Fisher, Jr.; nieces, Ebony Fisher, Amber Bradley, Faith Rose, Torie Jones, Scarlet Fisher; nephews, Chris Jones, Demetirus Simons, Daniel Fisher, Jamal Rose; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.

Memorial service for Winton Anthony Rouse will be 1:00PM Saturday, October 21, 2023 at The Soutel Chapel.  Because of the love of his family, arrangements entrusted to J. E. Fralin & Sons Funeral & Cremation Services, 5065 Soutel Drive, 904-924-9400
