Haye ~ "even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus", Ephesians 2:5-6 (KJV)
We gather today in gratitude to honor the life of Trevian Alexander Haye, a beloved son, brother, and friend who transitioned into eternal rest with his Lord and Savior. Trevian was born August 31, 1992, to Edmund Clive Haye and Tracy Lynn Thomas Haye in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended The Academy of Excellence, Kirby Smith Middle School, and graduated from Lee High School, Jacksonville, Florida.
Trevian held many employment positions to include Bank of America, Pizza Hut, MoneyGram, Laserforce Shipping, Red Stripe N’ Ting Restaurant, and FedEx. He was a member of The Bethel Church; he loved God.
As a child, Trevian fell in love with Disney’s “Toy Story” which emphasized that time may change but friends are forever, with his favorite action figures, Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Mr. Potato Head. He was a big kid who loved to play video games on his Play Station 5 Video Game. Trevian was a very smart young man, who loved books, loved to study and read, maintained a 4.0 grade point average, and was very big with history. He saw what the world allowed; he was very ambitious, courageous, ready to care for his parents and his family. When Trevian was three months old, he took his first flight with his father to Jamacia. Trevian loved to make a joke to his father, “how does it feel to look up to me?”
Trevian leaves to cherish his memory paternal family, grandfather, Howard Bersford Haye; father, Edmund Clive Haye; brother, David Johnthan Haye; uncles, Everton Anthony Haye, Howard Bersford Haye; aunts, Jennifer Haye, Betty, Annemarie, Jeannie, Colleen, Joy, Carol; first cousins, Corey, Kim, Ashawna Kaye, Italy, Tina, Tonya, Marshall, Venice, Tony, Tracy, Shannon, Nidia, Alphonso, Toddric, Ziniki, Lenedra, Shertia, Tumeck, Nicole, Karen; fifteen second cousins; third cousins, Sylvia Spencer, Drana, Rosie, Chubby, Jermaine, Jonathan, Tonya and many others; maternal family, grandmother, Daisy Powell; mother, Tracy Lynn Thomas Haye; aunts, Alvera, Pam, Valerie; first cousins, Alma, Todd, Dajia, Lynn, Teal, Nikki; second cousin, Aljawaun; third cousins, Nicholas, Cashion, Taya, Kyena, Mari, Alani, Kinsley, Kalani; a host of cousins, extended family and friends.
