THOMAS ~ Tony Andrew Thomas was born October 17, 1965, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Forestine Spikes Thomas and the late Cleveland Thomas, Jr.

Tony was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Ebin Thomas.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, a loving  son, Jerimi Thomas of Jacksonville, Florida; mother, Forestine Spikes Thomas; brother, Cleveland Thomas III; sister, Loretta Thomas Maddox, both of Jacksonville, Florida; uncles, Deacon Wilcher Wilson Spikes (Patricia) of Savannah, Georgia, Nathaniel Dehart, Alonzo Thomas and Eric Thomas of Jacksonville, Florida; aunts, Cindy Pickett, Betty Roundtree Baker, Mary Powell (Jerome)  and Margaret Shell of Vidalia, Georgia, Classie Spikes Clark (David), Rena Dehart and Juania Lunchford of Jacksonville, Florida; nephew, Cleveland Thomas IV; nieces, Latonya Nicole Thomas and Demetria Maddox of Jacksonville, Florida, Brittany Thomas of Orlando, Florida;  several cousins, other relatives and dear friends, including Diana Park of Jacksonville, Florida, the love of his life, best friend and mother of his son; Sherri Jones of Jacksonville, Florida, a special friend of Tony and the family.
