Brown ~ Rosemary Brown, loving daughter of Mr. John Lewis Brown and Mrs. Jana Marie Bailey was born May 20, 1959, in Athens, Georgia. She attended Cedar Shoals High School.
Rosemary moved to California in her young adult years with her father and twin sister – she enjoyed being with her family. Rosemary was a beloved mother and grandmother (Nanna). She was employed in hospitality as a housekeeper for many years. Rosemary loved to travel, garden and feed the homeless. She was a member of Believers of One Messiah (BOOM Church) under the leadership of Bishop William and First Lady Ema Brown; Rosemary loved her church family.
She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Elly Delorie, Rosanna Delorie, Reneshia Irby; bonus sons, Elder Mark James, Jr., David James; grandchildren, Jacqueline, Mark “Trey”, Charles “C. J.” James, Immanuel, Renahly, Jacob, Makayla, Mariah, Heaven Irby; great grandchild, Shanay; siblings, Michael Brown, Michael Bailey (Clara Davis), Nathaniel Bailey, Rick Bailey (Maysu), David Bailey, Theresa Ann Fleming, Johnell Brown, Johnetta Brown, Ann Bailey; a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Mrs. Rosemary Brown, 11 AM Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at The Soutel Chapel. Visitation Tuesday from 10 - 11 AM at The Soutel Chapel.
