Larry K. Williams

Williams ~ Larry Keith Williams was born June 12, 1947, to Willie Claude & Ernestine Jenkins in Jacksonville, Florida.  He attended and graduated from Northwestern High School, class of 1965.  Larry attended Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, received his bachelor’s degree from Edward Waters College and received a master’s degree from the University of North Florida.

He was a member of Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church where he served on the Deacon Ministry.  Larry was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.  He was a dedicated and loved employee with Blue Cross Blue Shield forty years; he was a football referee for the City of Jacksonville.    Larry enjoyed fishing and attending football games. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Willie Jenkins; sister, Janice Jenkins.  Larry leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Adam K. Williams; brothers, Glenn (Priscilla) & Bruce (Ligaya) Jenkins; sisters, Claudia Ross, Gloria Graham; bonus siblings, Patricia McCray, Sharon (Rodney) Bradley, Anthony (Anita) McCray, Larry (Bianca) Calhoun, Willie (Stacy) Wiggins, Jackie Jenkins; uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces; a host of extended family and friends including, Ferrandou Brooks and Carl Jones, Jr.
