Joseph Hansel Griffin

Joseph Hansel Griffin was born April 13, 1973 in Ft. Hood, Texas to Joseph and Penny Griffin.  He leaves to mourn, a devoted wife, Kathy Griffin; son, Joseph; daughter, Michelle; granddaughter, Harper; parents, Joe & Penny Griffin; sister, Sandra Griffin; nephew, Bryce; niece, Hannah; many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Joey grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and attended Terry Parker High School.   He loved anything outside.  He loved sports as a child, playing football in the neighborhood; loved wrestling, but his passion was water.  Whether it was a pool or just swimming in the river with his son, he could swim and fish in the same body of water.  He could go to the river every day, even if it was to just sit and watch the water.  Joey, you will be missed by all.
