Earnest L. Blue, Jr.

Blue ~ Earnest Lee Blue, Jr. was born March 7, 1947, in Sanderson, Florida to the late Earnest and Ethel Blue. He was educated in local public schools and graduated from Keller High School. Earnest was a Veteran of the United States Army having served his country honorably during the Vietnam War. He retired from Anheuser Busch after more than twenty years of dedicated service as a diligent and hard-working employee.  Earnest was an avid fisherman who enjoyed spending time with his friends and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of forty-eight years, Bernice; and siblings, Silva Anice and Lorenza Blue. Earnest leaves to continue his legacy his son, Corey Blue; grandchildren, Edward, Christian, & Kendall; cherishing his memory his brothers, Larry (Gwendolyn), Gary (Artisee), & Bonnie Blue; sisters, Gail (David) Jones, Sharon (Fred) Sirmone; along with a host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends.

Graveside Service for Earnest Lee Blue, Jr. will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 28, 2023, Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road.  Because of the love of his family, arrangements entrusted to J. E. Fralin & Sons Funeral & Cremation Services, 5065 Soutel Dr, 904.924.9400.
