Cassandra D. Carson

Carson ~  Cassandra Denise Carson was born to the late Raymond Lee Carson and Eliza Mae Carson, August 26, 1958, in Jacksonville, Florida.  She attended William M. Raines Senior High School and was employed by Rewis Café for twenty years.

Cassandra was introduced to the Lord at an early age and was baptized at Dayspring Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jelisia Rodgers; parents, Raymond Lee and Eliza Mae Carson; niece, Grevonda D. Lowe; Pastor Adrian Canady. Cassandra leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Danisha C. Carson, Ranisha D. Carson, Shauntray Rodgers; son, Corey Carson (Meyanna);  grandchildren, Kaliyah Johnson, Ricquan Beckham, Ronald Lockett, Jr., Karter Carson, Aiden Carson, Corey Carson, Jr., Ayana & Isiah Richardson;  sisters, Jacqueline Bell (Cicero), Velma Carson, Sharon Thomas (Roy), Deborah Stokes (Ricky), Tanya Estrada, Marshandra Jackson (Steven); a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, cousins; special friends, Man, Terrell, Tara, Cindy, Butter, Thoonk; a host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life service for Ms. Cassandra Denise Carson will be 11:00AM Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Mt. Herman Missionary Baptist Church, 5527 Redpoll Avenue.  Visitation Friday from 5 – 7:00 PM at The Church.  Because of the love of her family, arrangements entrusted to J. E.
