Caridad L. Pita

Pita ~ Caridad Pita Linares, passed peacefully at the age of 75 at home surrounded by family and loved ones September 30, 2022; she was born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba.  

She is survived by six children that she taught to be caring and full of love for those around them.  Caridad was very proud of her family, happy to see them succeed, and wanted nothing but the best for them.  As her health declined, she was happy to be surrounded by her grandchildren Asher and Felicity who she loved with all her heart. She would often say that she never expected to have this family or be surrounded by grandchildren.  Caridad lived a very hard life but never let that bring her down and she lived a very happy life even though her health was declining. She leaves nothing but beautiful memories behind and the important lesson that family is everything. Caridad encouraged all her children to seek the best life for themselves but to always remember family is important. This is a lesson her children will pass on to generations; and to always remember the mother we had that would work hard and sacrifice for her children to attain their dreams.

Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Caridad Pita Linares will be 11:00AM Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at The Soutel Chapel.  Visitation one hour before the service.  Because of the love of her family, arrangements entrusted to J.
