Bernice loved the Lord with all her heart. Her favorite songs were “How Great Thou Art” and “To God Be The Glory”.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of forty nine years, Preston Drummer; four step-sons, Preston Leon Drummer of Atlanta, Georgia, Gregory Paul Drummer (Alfreeda), of Albany, Georgia, Reginal Patrick Drummer, Atlanta, Georgia, Robert Gustave Drummer, Esquire (Paula) of Haymarket, Virginia; one step-daughter, Marva Denise Hall of Danville, Georgia; twenty-five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; adopted brother, Reverend Sammie Kenty (Gwen) of Savannah, Georgia; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Bernice was affectionately known as “Little sister” by her family and close friends. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.

Sometimes it’s difficult to understand

Why some things have to be:

But in His wisdom God has planned

beyond our power to see. So, looking back in

tenderness along the path we trod, We cherish our

memories and leave the rest to God.
