Barbara Elliott

Elliott ~ Barbara Ann Elliott was born September 6, 1938, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Jake and Mary Lee Rodd.  She was educated in the public school system of Duval County, graduating from New Stanton Senior High School.

She was married to William Elliott who preceded her in death.  Their union was blessed with one son, Jake Rodd, who also preceded Barbara in death.   She was blessed with two granddaughters, Melissa Russell & Allison Young; three great granddaughters, Mercedes, Kenadee, Dominica.

Barbara also leaves to cherish her memory beloved cousins, Evelyn Gasdling (Charlie), Geneva Robinson; goddaughters/cousins, Latisha Robinson, Yvonne Holmes, Charnetta Cole; a host of cousins and friends.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Barbara Elliott, 10:30 AM Friday, December 16, 2023, at Jacksonville National Cemetery.   Visitation Thursday from 5 – 7 PM at The Soutel Chapel.  Because of the love of her family, arrangements entrusted to J.
