Flowers ~ Algerine A. Flowers was born July 28, 1957, in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Robert James McRae and Dorothy Mae Blue. She was a graduate of Sandalwood High School.
Algerine is preceded in death by her late husband, Willie Flowers, Sr.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Algerine is survived by her children, Willie Flowers, Jr. and Eva (Gregory) Brown; grandchildren, Faith and Kavian Brown; brothers, Antonio Blue, Christopher Blue; sisters, Angela Baskin, Doris Blue, Jacqueline Blue; a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
Algerine will be remembered by her beautiful smile and her fiery spirit that served to strengthen everyone she met. “Oh, oh ~ okay” ~ forever in our hearts. Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not. We love you.
Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Algerine A. Flowers will be 12:00PM Friday, October 3, 2025, at The Soutel Chapel. Visitation Friday from 11AM – 12:00 PM at The Soutel Chapel.
