Paul Edward Hopkins, Jr.

Paul E. Hopkins, Jr. was born August 21, 1988 to the union of Paul and Valencia Hopkins, Sr., in Jacksonville, Florida.  He attended Harborview Elementary, Jean Ribault Middle School and First Coast High School, graduating class 2006.

 Paul was employed at Jacksonville Airport and American District Telegraph (ADT).  He was a father of two children; son, Dakari Hopkins (mother, Jaralige Lewis); daughter, Goddess Hopkins (mother, Shavoki King).  Paul was a loving and kind father, brother and cousin; a protector of his family and those he held close to his heart.  Paul E., you will forever be missed.

 He leaves a legacy of love and memories to be cherished by his family; a loving and devoted grandmother, Gloria Washington; children, Dakari & Goddess Hopkins; devoted father, Paul Hopkins, Sr.; mother, Valencia Hopkins; brother, Brandon Hopkins; uncle, Marcus Hopkins of Chicago, Illinois; aunts, Shirley Shannon of Benton, Michigan, Rose Kirkland, Wylene Hughes; cousins, Ebony Washington, Tierra Washington, Emiaj Perez, Ehmir Perez, Gregory Aldridge, Natilie Hopkins of Memphis, Tennessee, Felicia Shannon of Benton, Michigan, Annette Blue, Arnette Love, Denise Coleman, Betty Ann Williams, Tony Williams, Tonya Williams of Georgia, Jeffrey (Karen) Williams of Georgia, a hose of other relatives and friends including special friends, Terry and Chris.

 Celebration of Life Service for Paul Edward Hopkins will be Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Rock of Ages Baptist Church, 7604 Smyrna Street, Rev. B. W. Williams, Pastor.  Family will receive friends Friday at The Masters Touch Ministry, 4510 Soutel Drive from 5 – 7 PM.  Because of the love of his family arrangements entrusted to J. E.
