JENKINS ~ Memorial Service for Izel Harvey Jenkins will be 6:00 PM Friday, August 23, 2019, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church – Burns Hall, 801 Atlantic Avenue, Fernandina Beach, Florida. He is survived by brother, William (Marjory) Richo; sister, Flora Jenkins Guy; aunts, Gloria Williams, Elsie Green, Margaret Williams; other relatives and friends. Visitation FRIDAY 4:30 – 6 PM at The Parish Hall. Because of the love of his family, arrangements entrusted to J. E. Fralin & Sons Funeral & Cremation Services, 5065 Soutel Dr. ~ 904.924.9400.
