PARKS – Mr. Charles Parks born November 8, 1924 to the late William M. and Melvina Parks departed April 10, 2018. He died peacefully surrounded by his family. Mr. Parks faithfully served the Lord and was a local educator in his earlier years. He was predeceased by late spouse, Iola K. Parks. Mr. Parks leaves to cherish his memory sons, Carey Parks & Wayne (Darlene) Parks; daughters, Phyllis Parks, Gayle (Lenard) Owens, Charlene Paul; five grandchildren.
